Terms of the Recell24 GmbH

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CET. (Express orders until 6.30 p.m. CET). Orders on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Upon receipt of your order, you will automatically receive an email to confirm that your order has been received. Your email confirmation contains the status of the items you have ordered and confirms the selected shipping method. We accept online orders through our online shop or online form. In this case you will receive an order confirmation with the expected shipping date after receipt of your order.

All sales are final. Returns or returns for void reasons are only possible against restocking fees.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

In the event that a product is not in stock, we reserve the right to email you to inform you of the expected date of delivery.

Inspections of goods in our warehouse in Germany are possible, but only after prior agreement. In this case, please understand that we have to ask for your complete personal data. Due to incidents, anonymous product inspection is no longer possible. Goods can also be paid for up to a value of € 9,000 in cash when viewed!

PRICES AND QUANTITIES OF DELIVERY

All prices are net prices excluding applicable VAT, if applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the price. Used devices are mostly subject to differential taxation in accordance with § 25a UStG. Please note that our products are not general products that we have in stock indefinitely. When you place your order, you also accept that lead times may arise. We will inform you about the status of your order by email. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to limit the quantity of products purchased and / or to prohibit resale. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse delivery or to cancel orders.

The minimum order is 20 devices, or € 5,000, regardless of the number of devices / products

PAYMENT TERMS

100% advance payment within 3 working days after the order confirmation / pro forma invoice by our finance department. The shipping costs are included in the final calculation before the written order confirmation by our sales department. Please note that we only start delivering your order after we have received the purchase amount

We only accept bank transfers or Transferwise. Cash payments for business transactions exceeding € 9,000 cannot be accepted, all payments must be made in EURO or USD. Exceptions are only possible after prior agreement.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

You are responsible for returning the goods (if applicable), taxes (if applicable) and any other related fees once your package has been placed. You will be charged for any additional fees that may be incurred due to refused deliveries. There is no refund for these amounts. This occurs when one of the following conditions occurs:
1. You refuse the agreed delivery of your order for a void reason.
2. The supplier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver the goods to your address and you are unable to accept the delivered goods.
3. You have entered an invalid address.
4. You refuse to pay local taxes and duties and therefore your goods are not delivered.

NOTE: You are responsible for all applicable tariffs and taxes in the target country that are not included in the overall invoice of Recell24 GmbH. If a shipment is rejected by you due to customs clearance fees or due to restrictions your country has regarding the import of the goods you purchased with our help, you will be responsible for the return and / or any other various fees that you may have we arise and are directly connected with this return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If a customer determines that the delivery is incorrect or damaged, the customer must contact our customer service via our website or by phone to receive an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer service department will respond to the customer via email and provide specific instructions on how to return the goods. The customer is responsible for the return to our warehouse. The costs are borne by Recell24 GmbH. The supplier -Recell24 GmbH- has the right to repair and exchange the goods.

1. Pack the item (s) securely in the original packaging. Please include all bills, parts and accessories. All parts must be returned in full and in good condition to ensure your financial compensation.

2. Include a copy of the original delivery receipt. Please keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send your delivery receipt, please note your order number, invoice name and address on the item (s).

3. Please remove any additional labels from the outside of the packaging before returning your product.

4. Send the return to the address given on the service page. All shipping costs must be paid in advance if you choose your own shipper. We do not accept C.O.D. Deliveries. It is recommended to use DHL, GLS or UPS for your return delivery. If necessary, we will send you a return slip, which you should use to return the goods. Keep the tracking number for your return parcel to monitor the delivery status. You can expect an exchange or final refund within 10 days in the same form that was originally used for the purchase.

GUARANTEE

As soon as your goods leave our house, they fall out of the influence of the company (FOB). If there is a problem with the goods received, something is missing, goods do not arrive or the goods are damaged in transit to you, this is a question that should first be solved between you and the delivery service. If a shipment is visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance and have the delivery service confirm this! We usually send our goods as an insured shipment! Goods that are defective or out of order will be released as a guarantee between you and Recell24 GmbH. You take full responsibility for resolving disputes related to any of the above problems with the carrier. Dealer guarantees are processed through Recell24 GmbH. Manufacturer guarantees can be available depending on the goods selected, in this case contact the manufacturer's customer service.

DISCLAIMER

Recell24 GmbH can change any aspect of this agreement at any time at its own discretion without notice. Any change in the terms and conditions is effective with the publication of these changes on the website. We advise you to check the website regularly, even if no changes result from the check. The use of the website and our offers / services represents the unreserved acceptance of the modifications and your acceptance of the conditions of these changes. The place of jurisdiction for legal matters is Osnabrück.
